The Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court's denial of plaintiff's motion to vacate an order declaring him a vexatious litigant. The court held that the order declaring plaintiff to be a vexatious litigant was not void for lack of jurisdiction; plaintiff's motion to vacate based on extrinsic fraud was untimely; and plaintiff's argument that the trial court lacked jurisdiction to vacate its April 2010 minute order was forfeited.
