People v. McKenzie

Defendant appealed his sentence after he pleaded guilty to several drug-related charges. On remand, in light of new Senate Bill No. 180, which amended the sentencing enhancements included in Health and Safety Code section 11370.2, the Court of Appeal vacated the sentence and remanded for resentencing.
